TRANSITION DIET #2
MORNING MEAL
(Pick only one)
- Fresh fruit (up to one to two pounds). Use a variety of fruits from meal to meal. Can be followed with 2 oz. of raw nuts after one half hour.
- Fresh vegetable juice (8 – 12 oz.) Can be followed by 4 oz of raw nuts.
- Whole Grain Cereal (4 oz dry weight). Can use brown rice, millet, and buckwheat with Vita Soy Vanilla Milk.
NOON MEAL
- Fresh Vegetable Juice (8 – 12 oz).
- Large Green Salad. Must consist of romaine lettuce, cucumbers, celery, tomato, red bell peppers, plus (2) additional vegetables.
- Steamed Vegetables. Pick a minimum of (2) two different vegetable, but no more than (4) four and eat as much as desired without overeating.
PICK ONE FROM BELOW
* 4. Raw Nuts (4 oz). Must be either almonds, brazil, pecans, sunflower seeds or cashews.
* 5. Whole Grains with Legumes (1/3 legumes & 2/3 grains).
* 6. Potatoes (3/4 lb.). Must be white or sweet potatoes.
* 7. Acorn, Butternut or Spaghetti Squash.
- Lentils, Lima Beans or Chick Peas.
- 7 Grain Sprouted Bread with Avocado, lettuce & Tomato
DINNER MEAL
- Fresh Vegetable Juice (8 – 12 oz).
- Large Green Salad. Must consist of romaine lettuce, cucumbers, celery, tomato, red bell peppers, plus (2) two additional vegetables.
- Steamed Vegetables. Pick a minimum of (2) two different vegetables, but no more than (4) four and eat as much as desired without overeating.

- Brown Rice & Beans (2/3 rice & 1/3 beans). Do not over eat.
- Fish (4 – 6 oz). Steamed, broiled or baked.
- Chicken (4 – 6 oz). Steamed, broiled, or baked. (Free Range Chicken is best)
- Turkey (4 – 6 oz). Roasted, broiled or baked. (NOTE – Fish, Chicken or Turkey combined must not be eaten more than two times a week and they must be organic).

WHEN EATING YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:
(1) Always sit down when you eat, preferably at a table. Do not eat while standing, driving, walking, or talking on the phone.
(2) Stay away from reading or watching television or listening to music while you eat.
(3) Eat only when your stomach is empty. Usually, this means about four to six hours after the last meal.
(4) Make sure that before you take another bite of food you’ve chewed well and swallowed the previous bite.
(5) Eat only when you’re hungry. This may sound obvious, but many people eat past the point where they are full. Before you take a second helping, wait about 10 to 15 minutes. That’s about how long it takes for your stomach to let your brain know it had enough. After that time chances are you won’t feel hungry anymore Ä even though you craved more food just moments ago. On the other hand you’ll experience some discomfort when you eat more than you need. You’ll feel tired and sleepy after a meal. If you eat a lot more than you need and you may actually feel sick.
(6) Stay away from any kind of food when you feel: bored, upset, stressful, angry etc. (SEE FOOD COMBINING CHART attached).
(7) Stay away from drinking the water that comes out of your tap. Drink bottled water, or better yet the best way to protect yourself and your family a good home water purifier. It’s one of the easiest things you can do to add years to your life. But not just a water filter MULTI-PURE water filter. SEE NOTE BELOW.
Chlorine is in almost everybody’s tap water. Chlorine drinking water is directly responsible for more than 4,200 cases of bladder cancer and 6.500 cases of rectal cancer every year. Protect yourself and your family from drinking water hazards! Here’s a real shock. A recent study done by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) concluded that 120 million people are drinking unsafe water with pollutants included viruses, bacteria, intestinal parasites…and the most dangerous drinking water treat of all: Lead!
