Is Illness Really Unavoidable?
Not many in this society are ready to believe that a perfectly normal human being is resistant from disease. Almost from the very beginning of time, we have been miseducated to believe that real and true health is unrealistic, that the next morning you might find yourself with a virus infection, if indeed you have the “good luck” to awaken the next morning at all.
Describing your success as merely luck is a dismissive way to view your achievements. Essentially, it implies that you have little control over your own destiny and are at the mercy of random chance and external forces. But do you truly find comfort in the idea that your fate is determined by some vague, unpredictable force?
By attributing everything to luck, you relinquish responsibility for your actions and outcomes, effectively surrendering to the whims of fate. This mindset not only undermines your sense of agency but also diminishes the importance of hard work, perseverance, and strategic decision-making.
Instead of resigning yourself to the notion of luck, why not embrace the idea that you have the power to shape your own destiny? By taking control of your actions and making deliberate choices, you can chart a course for success that is driven by your own efforts and intentions.
Rather than leaving your fate to chance, seize the opportunity to be the master of your own destiny. Embrace the challenges, take calculated risks, and trust in your ability to create the life you desire through determination and purposeful action. After all, true success is not a matter of luck—it’s a product of dedication, resilience, and unwavering belief in yourself.
Most people have a fear complex and they have again been miseducated into it by the medical, the so called “professionals” in general.
Also religion has preached that disease and dead results from the wrath of God; the medical professions has erroneously taught the uncertainty of health and life; the legal professions has moved a web of law that is hard to escape except by those with influence. (more on this below)
The natural results of these incorrect teaching is the building of a FEAR (false Education Appearing Real) complex which reduces the general average resistance and helps to lower the average health standard. It most sadly be acknowledged that there is much truth to this false belief, and that the average American has developed a sickness habits.
Seeking “cure” and “cures” is the hobby of millions. Cures are as illusive as mirages, but the palliation and consequent impairment of the vital organs and the unnecessary surgical mutilation are very real and lasting.
The time is overdue for an in-depth modernization. The fear-complex must go. We have noting to fear but fear itself. The lack of health knowledge and incorrect teaching of the past must be left in the past. Today the fear of germs is mostly a thing of the past, but another phobia, a little more mysterious and less tangible, in the form of “virus” has taken over to falsely explain the presence of disease.
We have no enemies except those we make. All illness results from our own violation and indiscretions, and our own signs against ourselves. When we learn how, we cease to make ourselves sick, we become immune, and diseases no longer exist.
“All the “cures” which have ever been invented by man are boomerangs that return to do him evil.” ~ John H. Tilden, M.D. ~
We have our own freedom at will, and it is about time that we become aware that our destiny is of our own choosing. Choose wisely.
The knowledge of great health and its maintenance is not an exclusive with a small chosen group of people. Nor is the knowledge too technical for the average mind to grasp. Our willingness to allow someone else to think for us has caused us almost to lose our self-protection.
Be The Lion Among Sheep!
The Paradox of Human Intelligence: Unlocking Mysteries but Losing Ourselves
In the natural world, animals rely on instinct to survive. Their innate behaviors guide them in protecting themselves, securing food, and thriving within their environment. Humans, however, stand apart. With the power of a conscious mind, we have gained dominion over nearly every aspect of life on Earth. Our intellect has unlocked countless mysteries, from the depths of the oceans to the far reaches of space. Yet, paradoxically, we remain profoundly disconnected from one of the most vital frontiers: ourselves.
Despite all our advancements, humans often know more about the world around us than about our own bodies, minds, and the principles of self-control. This lack of understanding has consequences—consequences that manifest in widespread sickness, chronic pain, unnecessary suffering, and premature death. Without a deeper awareness of ourselves and the discipline to live in harmony with our biology, we risk becoming victims of our own ignorance.
Aging: A Disease, Not a Destiny?
Interestingly, a growing number of scientists studying human mortality are questioning long-held beliefs about aging. Many now propose that aging itself may not be an inevitable biological process but rather a form of “dis-ease.” In this view, aging is not a predetermined fate but a result of accumulated damage, inefficiencies, and harmful habits—factors that are, to some extent, within our control.
This perspective challenges traditional narratives that see aging as unavoidable. Instead, it suggests that by understanding and addressing the root causes of aging—poor nutrition, chronic stress, environmental toxins, and a lack of self-regulation—we may significantly slow its progression and even extend our healthspan.
The Cost of Ignoring Ourselves
The real tragedy is that many of the problems we face today—illness, suffering, and early death—stem not from external forces but from our own choices. Our inability to align with our natural needs, combined with a lack of self-awareness and control, has led us down a path of self-destruction. By neglecting the basics of what it means to live healthfully and sustainably, we pay the price in the form of preventable diseases and shortened lifespans.
The good news is that this doesn’t have to be our story. By taking the time to truly understand ourselves—our biology, our emotions, and our needs—we can rewrite the narrative. We can break free from the cycle of self-inflicted harm and embrace a lifestyle that promotes vitality and longevity.
The Path Forward: Self-Awareness and Self-Control
If humans are to thrive, we must harness the same intelligence that has unlocked so many of the world’s mysteries and turn it inward. We must cultivate self-awareness and practice self-control, learning to live in alignment with the principles that govern our health and well-being.
Our future depends on it. Aging may not be our destiny, but ignorance and neglect could be. The choice is ours to make.
The Phoenix is a large bird that is admired around the world as a symbol of Immortality and Reincarnation.
The Phoenix: A Symbol of Immortality and Rebirth
The phoenix is a mythical bird that has captivated human imagination for centuries. Renowned as a symbol of immortality, renewal, and transformation, the phoenix holds a prominent place in the mythologies of various cultures around the world. Its story is one of resilience, hope, and the triumph of life over destruction.
The phoenix is often described as a large, majestic bird with brilliant, colorful plumage—golden, red, and purple feathers are most commonly mentioned. Its radiant appearance is said to resemble the glow of the rising sun, further connecting it to themes of renewal and new beginnings.
The Myth of the Phoenix
The most iconic aspect of the phoenix legend is its life cycle. According to ancient mythology, the phoenix lives for hundreds—or even thousands—of years before it senses the end of its life approaching. At this time, it builds a nest of aromatic woods and spices, such as myrrh, frankincense, and cinnamon. Once the nest is complete, the phoenix sets it ablaze, allowing itself to be consumed by the flames. From the ashes, a new phoenix is born, rising to begin its life anew. This process of death and rebirth has made the phoenix a universal symbol of resilience and the ability to overcome adversity.
The Phoenix in Global Mythology
The legend of the phoenix has appeared in various forms across cultures:
-
Ancient Egypt: The Egyptians associated the phoenix with the Bennu bird, a symbol of the sun god Ra and the concept of creation and rebirth.
-
Greek Mythology: The Greeks popularized the story of the phoenix as a sacred bird that lived near Arabia and renewed itself through fire.
-
Chinese Mythology: In Chinese tradition, the Fenghuang, often called the “Chinese Phoenix,” symbolizes virtue, grace, and the harmony of yin and yang. It represents the balance of universal forces and is often depicted alongside the dragon.
-
Christian Symbolism: Early Christians adopted the phoenix as a metaphor for Christ’s resurrection and eternal life.
The Symbolism of the Phoenix
The phoenix carries profound symbolic meaning that resonates across cultures and time periods:
-
Immortality: Its ability to rise from the ashes makes the phoenix a symbol of eternal life and the soul’s journey beyond physical death.
-
Rebirth and Transformation: The cycle of destruction and renewal embodies the idea of starting anew after hardship or failure.
-
Resilience: The phoenix inspires us to persevere, even in the face of overwhelming challenges, and to find strength in transformation.
-
Hope: The phoenix reminds us that even after the darkest moments, there is always the potential for renewal and light.
Modern Interpretations
In modern times, the phoenix continues to serve as a powerful metaphor. It is often invoked in literature, art, and popular culture to represent overcoming adversity, personal growth, and the promise of new beginnings. From the corporate world to personal development, the phoenix is a universal symbol of reinvention and hope.
French Scientist, Dr. Alexis Carrel, received the Nobel Prize for keeping the cells of a chicken alive for about 30 years (A chicken life expectancy is 5 -10 years). Dr. Carrel concluded: “The cell is immortal. It is merely the fluid in which it floats that degenerates. Renew this fluid at intervals, give the cells what they require for nutrition, and as far as we know, the pulsating of life may go on forever.
Here is the experiment or you can google it yourself.
Tissue culture and cellular senescence
Carrel developed methods to keep animal tissues alive in culture. He was interested in the phenomenon of senescence or aging. He believed that all cells continued to grow indefinitely, which became a widely accepted view in the early 20th century.[22] In 1912, Carrel began an experiment at the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research, where he cultured tissue from an embryonic chicken heart in a stoppered Pyrex flask of his own design.[23] He supplied the culture with nutrients regularly and maintained it for over 20 years, longer than a chicken’s normal lifespan. This experiment received significant popular and scientific attention,[24] but it was never successfully replicated.
In the 1960s, Leonard Hayflick and Paul Moorhead proposed the concept of the Hayflick limit, which states that differentiated cells undergo only a limited number of divisions before dying.[22] Hayflick suggested that Carrel’s daily feeding of nutrients continually introduced new living cells to the culture, resulting in anomalous results.[25] J. A. Witkowski argued that the deliberate introduction of new cells into the culture, possibly without Carrel’s knowledge,[a] could also explain the results.[26]
Despite the doubts surrounding Carrel’s experiment, it remains an important part of scientific history, and his work on tissue culture had a significant impact on the development of modern medicine.
So, if the cell can be maintained in an optimum state of cleansing and nurtured then it could continue to replicate and live forever. As frugivores our food is mostly fresh raw organic fruits which also are water rich and will cleans our cells and nourish them simultaneously.

Are Humans Living Below Their Potential? A Closer Look at Lifestyle, Food, and Longevity
The natural world is home to approximately 8.7 million species, a testament to Earth’s incredible biodiversity. Among these, mammals alone account for around 6,000 to 7,000 species. Each species has unique characteristics and life cycles, yet humans stand apart—not always in a favorable way.
Consider this: Most mammals live between 11 to 20 times their age of puberty. This is a common pattern across the animal kingdom. However, humans—arguably the most “advanced” species—fall short, living an average of just 6 to 6.5 times their age of puberty. This discrepancy is rarely discussed in mainstream health or medical discourse. Is it possible that this gap holds critical clues about the way we live?
Humans: A Species That Defies Natural Food Habits
Unlike other mammals, humans are the only species that cook their food—a fact that sets us apart but not necessarily for the better. Cooking alters the natural composition of food, often reducing its nutrient value and creating compounds that the body struggles to process. In contrast, every other species eats food in its raw, natural state, as dictated by their specific biological design.
Take mammals, for example. Across the thousands of species within this group, each adheres to a diet suited to its physiological needs. Yet humans deviate from their natural diet—a diet science suggests aligns with frugivorous tendencies (fruit, nuts, and seeds)—and instead adopt behaviors akin to carnivores. The result? A cascade of mental and physical health problems that other species rarely, if ever, encounter.
Puberty and the Human Lifespan: A Curious Disparity
Puberty marks a critical milestone in the development of all mammals, including humans. For most mammals, this stage of life signals the start of their reproductive capacity and the beginning of their natural adult lifespan. In humans, puberty typically begins between 10 and 14 years for girls and 12 to 16 years for boys. If humans followed the natural lifespan patterns observed in other mammals, our lifespan would fall between 110 to 200 years—a stark contrast to the current global average of around 72 years.
Why don’t humans live to their full potential lifespan? One significant factor is our lifestyle. Unlike other species, we process, cook, and manipulate our food, stripping it of its natural nutrients. Additionally, our sedentary habits, environmental stressors, and over-reliance on synthetic solutions (such as medications) further compound the problem.
The Cost of Living Against Nature
Our divergence from a natural, frugivorous lifestyle raises an important question: Are we unknowingly sabotaging our own health and longevity? Humans are the only species that consistently deviate from the diet and behaviors that nature intended, and the consequences are evident. Chronic diseases, mental health challenges, and premature death plague humanity at rates unheard of in the natural world.
While science has made remarkable strides in treating illnesses, it’s worth asking if prevention might be found in returning to our natural design. Could adopting a more biologically appropriate lifestyle—focused on raw, whole, plant-based foods—unlock the longevity and vitality that seem to elude us?
A Conclusion Worth Considering
Humans are uniquely intelligent but also uniquely unhealthy among mammals. Our choices about what and how we eat play a significant role in this disparity. If other mammals thrive on their natural diets and live significantly longer relative to puberty, it may be time to rethink our relationship with food and lifestyle.
The natural lifespan of humans, according to these patterns, should range between 110 to 200 years. Instead, we settle for less than half of that. Perhaps the greatest challenge isn’t just surviving but thriving in harmony with the biology that defines us.
Draw your own conclusions—but perhaps the key to longevity lies in aligning with nature rather than fighting against it.
Understanding the Danger of Anecdotal Evidence and Embracing Science-Backed Health Principles
Life often throws us unexpected surprises that challenge the rules we think we know. Picture this: someone tells you about a person who lived to be 99 years old despite smoking and drinking heavily. This story, an anecdote, seems to defy logic and common sense. But relying on such anecdotes can lead us astray.
The Fallacy of Anecdotal Thinking
Imagine hearing that same old tale about the heavy smoker who reached 99. It’s tempting to think this is evidence that smoking and drinking might not be so bad after all. However, this kind of thinking, which we might call “loser washout thought,” is misleading and unproductive. It distracts us from the truth and can lead us down dangerous paths.
Outliers vs. Norms
Think of outliers as rare, exceptional occurrences—like winning the lottery. Just because one person hit the jackpot doesn’t mean everyone will. Similarly, while a few individuals might live long lives despite unhealthy habits, they are the exception, not the rule. These outliers do not represent the average experience.
The Dangers of Misinformation
The real issue arises when people take these anecdotes at face value without researching or thinking critically. They repeat these stories as if they were universal truths, ignoring the broader context and the substantial body of evidence that contradicts them. It’s like hearing that someone survived a car crash without a seatbelt and deciding that seatbelts aren’t necessary.
The Scientific Reality
Let’s put it in perspective: suggesting that a 99-year-old smoker is representative of the average lifespan is not only ignorant but dangerous. It disregards extensive scientific research showing the harmful effects of smoking and drinking on health and longevity. Reaching the age of 99 is a rare and remarkable achievement, but attributing it to habits like smoking and drinking ignores the overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
Embracing Science-Backed Health Principles
Instead of glorifying these rare outliers, we should focus on science-backed health principles. Extensive research shows that healthy behaviors—like not smoking, not drinking, eating a balanced Plant Based diet, and exercising regularly—contribute significantly to living longer, healthier lives.
The Bigger Picture
Consider this: the human lifespan can be significantly extended by following healthy living principles. While a 99-year-old smoker is an anomaly, aiming for longevity through proven methods is a smarter, more reliable path. For instance, mammals typically live about 13 times their age of puberty. For humans, that translates to a potential lifespan of around 169 years—far beyond the typical age we see today.
Conclusion
The staggering amount of misinformation and thoughtless parroting of anecdotes is concerning. To only reach 99 years is already an achievement, but it’s not the full potential of human longevity. Let’s shift our focus from glorifying rare outliers to embracing evidence-based health practices that can help us achieve longer, healthier lives. By doing so, we can make informed decisions that truly benefit our well-being.
By understanding the dangers of anecdotal evidence and the importance of science-backed health principles, we can steer clear of misleading myths and work towards genuine, sustainable health and longevity.
Everything we are being told is a Lie!
So, Could it be Unintentionally that…
WHAT THEY WANT US TO BELIEVE IS NOT THE REAL TRUTH?
That… They’ve been lying to us? That they’ve been feeding us nothing but lies, lies, and more lies about what it takes to become healthy? Is it Really Unintentionally? Decide for yourself…
However, I suspect that most humans will not understand any of the above, because 99.999% are in the waking sleep (or unconsciously awake) and that will effect in more and more ways. As each day passes we fall a little more asleep. Our thoughts become ingrained, and depending on whose lies and misinformation you use. Because over 99% of today’s thoughts were the same as yesterday.
Unfortunately, most Americans today are robot thinkers. This is to say they’re not thinkers at all. When faced with challenges, (problems) they do practically everything but get right down to the real labor of solving them by reflection and logical thinking.
They’re likely to rely on “authorities,” authoritative references or sources” or whatever they have been told in response to their questions. (This is Blind Obedience. See Below).
The thrust of the Healthology Health “SECRETS” program will be to coach you to question everything through deliberative procedures and to think things out in logical steps. We teach you that, in certain areas, most people are wrong about most things most of the time.
This is especially true in the field of health and wealth. Ignorance and misconceptions predominate especially in the health field. This is unfortunate, for attaining health is really simple. Even the animals of fields and forests master health without deliberate thinking. While we teach you the great perceptiveness, understanding of our sophisticated Health science, we also coach you to always keep in mind the utter simplicity of it all.
Our biggest task is in de-programming you of all the medical misconceptions that have been imbedded in your intellectual structure. Once you’ve learned our techniques in questioning and reflection, you’ll sense where the truth lies immediately and you’ll be able to understand and explain it quickly and easily.
Stay away from the world of the insane, the con artist, the imposters, the tricksters who are trying to complicate and mislead your thinking and your life. They are about 99%.
Health and success is simple, it’s not easy. It’s not easy because you have been conditioned to think and believe in a certain way. You have been conditioned since birth and you have been following those conditions with blind obedience. I understand that it’s not your fault because you did not know, till today.
However, after today if you continue to follow these conditions with blind obedience it would be you fault. If you continue to be ignorant, it is selective ignorance and you are totally responsible for it!
Challenging the Lies: Reclaiming Your
Power Over Health and Success
So, Have you ever paused to question whether everything you’ve been told is true? Could it be possible that much of what we’re led to believe—especially when it comes to health—is built on misinformation and half-truths? Is this misinformation unintentional, or is it deliberate? That’s for you to decide.
What’s clear, however, is that the narrative surrounding health and well-being is often riddled with misconceptions. And sadly, most people remain unaware of the extent to which they’ve been conditioned to accept these ideas without question. This unawareness isn’t just coincidental—it’s a byproduct of living in a world where we’re encouraged to blindly trust “authorities” rather than engage in independent, critical thinking.
Breaking Free from “Waking Sleep”
The reality is that many people are stuck in what can be described as a state of “waking sleep.” Day by day, our thoughts and behaviors become more automated, more ingrained, and less reflective. Over 99% of the thoughts you think today are likely the same as those you thought yesterday. This mental inertia has made many of us reliant on prepackaged answers, often provided by so-called experts, rather than taking the time to think deeply and critically for ourselves.
In today’s world, this tendency is particularly evident in how we approach health. When faced with challenges, many of us default to seeking external answers from perceived authorities rather than questioning the information we’re given or engaging in logical reflection. This blind obedience not only keeps us stuck but also perpetuates a cycle of misunderstanding and misinformation.
The “Healthology Secrets” Approach
At Healthology Secrets, our mission is to teach you how to think critically and question everything. Through a deliberate process of inquiry and reflection, we coach you to identify and reject misconceptions, particularly in the fields of health and wealth—areas where ignorance and falsehoods are alarmingly common.
Here’s the truth: attaining health doesn’t have to be complicated. The natural world provides countless examples of animals thriving without the need for elaborate plans or interventions. While we’ll guide you through the nuances of advanced health science, we’ll also remind you of its inherent simplicity.
Our biggest task is to help you unlearn the misconceptions you’ve been conditioned to believe. Once you master the techniques of questioning and logical thinking, you’ll not only uncover the truth but also be able to recognize and articulate it with clarity and confidence.
Avoiding the Pitfalls of Conditioning
The modern world is full of distractions—false narratives, imposters, and those who seek to manipulate and complicate your life. The key to breaking free lies in understanding the conditioning you’ve experienced since birth. You’ve been taught to think and behave in a certain way, often without realizing it. This conditioning has made it difficult to challenge the status quo, but the power to change lies within you.
Health and success are simple concepts—but simplicity does not mean ease. Reprogramming your mind requires effort, awareness, and a willingness to confront deeply ingrained beliefs.
While you may not have been responsible for the conditioning you’ve experienced in the past, from this moment forward, the choice is yours. If you continue to accept misinformation without question, you are choosing selective ignorance. But by taking responsibility for your own understanding and growth, you can reclaim control over your health, your success, and your life.
A Call to Action
Today marks a turning point. It’s time to challenge the lies, question the narratives, and step into your power. Reject blind obedience and embrace critical thinking. The truth is out there—it’s simple, it’s empowering, and it’s waiting for you to discover it.
You are responsible for your future. The question is: are you ready to take control of it?

*BLIND OBEDIENCE:
Blind obedience is when people, regardless of whether they believe what they are doing is morally, ethically, or legally right, they will do what they are told… Especially when it comes to their Health!
In all of my years of research and all of my watching and observation of human nature, since the 1980s I would have to say that the most destructive behavior on this earth is easily that of “BLIND OBEDIENCE”.
All the schools taught us, and now teach our kids to do it without questions, and it this is wrong!
“Organize Religion teaches us that we must accept it because that’s the way it is”.
‘Science says “we are experts”; therefore, we are right’. (Real science is what works, if it doesn’t work it’s not science, so far very little has worked “Scientifically”).
“Doctors say we have trained and therefore we are right as we are the cleverest among you”…
It’s all BS Think for yourself; “Blind Obedience” is Dangerous.
There is a saying that says that no-one looks after your money as well as you do. And also, if anyone wants to look after your affairs and circumstances, they usually do it in their own best interest.
Well, this is especially true when it comes to your mind; no-one looks after that as good as you do. And your job is to question each and every one of your ‘beliefs’ and eventually accept the truth that you find. Don’t accept that I’m telling you the truth. Question it also. Do your own research.
Do not blindly follow without questioning any of the ‘beliefs’ you have been brought up with.
The reason you are here now and not living the healthy life of your dreams is that the health system you have been brought up with has not delivered for you… so it is time to think differently.
We are educated from birth to believe with blind obedience schools, teachers, religion, science and doctors without question.
Yet if you watch children, you will see that before we, as adults, beat it out of them with the same dogma and arrogant conviction that was used on us, they have a natural success ability that adults have lost through lack of use.
And we all know that whatever we don’t us we lose. However, children under the age of eight all are still attached to their natural instinct, so when they are told something, they ask “Why?” Nevertheless, we, as adults, when we let “beliefs” in without continuing to observe them and check that they are correct, forget this most basic question.
You must start to question what you “believe” in the most. You must wakeup from your sleep, you have been in the waking sleep or unconscious awake state since the age of eight.
Why do you need to do this? Because the truth is the truth; our ‘beliefs’ do not matter as the truth is the truth.
A horrific example of Blind Obedience was what caused Jim Jones to create the 1978 Jonestown massacre, in which more than 900 people committed mass suicide by drinking (the Kool-Aid) a flavored drink mixed with Valium, chloral hydrate, cyanide, and Phenergan.
Another horrific example of Blind Obedience was when it caused the death of millions of people in the German prison camps. The German people were asleep (unconscious) when they followed Hitler with blind obedience. And the rest of the world was asleep (as they are now) when thy let Hitler do it.
Blind obedience happens when people are unconscious and are looking for a solution to their problems.
Whatever comes along that looks like a solution, the unconscious mind will jump onto. Then so that they don’t have to admit that they are wrong, they force a chemical bond with it so that they follow with blind obedience.
What you need more than anything else is to continually question you “beliefs” and think for yourself. Unless you get to that point then there will be some dark times ahead at some point for the unconscious majority.
Make a decision now that you are open and responsive to any new ‘beliefs’ that will support you in getting where you ‘want’ to go and that you are willing to give up anything that limits you in anyway.
We are abundant creatures; we do not like to limited and caged and locked up. Do not give in to caging ‘beliefs.’ The problem is that a ‘belief’ which is wrong, and you hold to be certainly true, will act like a magnet and will continually pull you in the wrong direction.
Remember that nothing stands still; every thought and ‘belief’ will either take you toward where you want to go, or away from it.
Now it’s time to take a look somewhere you don’t ‘want’ to look
® It is not disbelief that is dangerous to our society; it is belief ¬ George Bernard Shaw
It’s ok, if you can look at your ‘beliefs’ without fear. You are only going to visit, to observe. Just keep looking at them – if you are right then you will know. You will survive if logic says the ‘belief’ need to be let go of. You will still be here – you don’t need to judge, just observe.

Humans & primates (HOMONIDS)
When it comes to anatomy and physiology, what others species in nature to we resemble the most out of these categories ?
Why don’t all species eat the same? Why are there even categories? The digestive tract is designed to eat specific foods depending on what species you belong to. Nature really does make things simple for us. Humans seem to complicate the simplicity, and reality that we are no different then other species in nature. Humans are the most confused species when it comes to the food they eat!
Humans teeth are designed for a diet of fruits, nuts, seeds, sweet vegetables & herbs. If we were to compare are anatomy to other species in nature what species do we resemble the most? I would say the primates with common sense.
Why do humans complicate things when it comes to the food they consume? We know not to give pets certain foods, but we don’t know how to feed ourselves in order to be healthy!
Look at how closely we resemble the primates that are deigned as biological frugivores.
“Human teeth are not designed for tearing flesh as in the lion, wolf or dog, but rather compare closely with other fruit-eating animals. Human teeth correspond almost identically to the chimpanzees and other frugivores. The complete absence of spaces between human teeth characterizes us as the archetype of frugivore. The “canine” teeth of humans are short, stout, and slightly triangular. They are less pronounced and developed than the orangutan’s, who rarely kills and eats raw flesh in its natural environment. Human canines in no way resemble the long, round, slender canines of the true carnivore. Human teeth are not curved or sharp like the wolves or tigers, nor are they wide and flat like the grass and grain-eating species. Human teeth are actually like the fruit-eating monkeys, and the human mouth is best suited for eating succulent fruits and vegetables. It would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, for humans to eat raw flesh without the aid of fork and knife. To term our incisor teeth “fangs” or even to liken them as such is outrageous.

ARE WE GRAIN EATERS? – Grains are grass seeds. The grains of today are rather small, but they’re huge to the seeds from which they’re developed. Grains have been cultivated and eaten by humans for only about 8,000 years.
In nature we did not eat grains or grass seeds. We did not develop any gathering or digestive equipment for grains. Natural grain eater must be able to efficiently gather, grind and digest grains. Humans fail on all accounts. Our teeth handle grains poorly. In fact, humans, not being starch eaters, cannot digest more than a handful of grains, if that much. True starch eaters secrete a plethora of starch-splitting enzyme, salivary amylase (ptyalin) which is quickly exhausted. After a mouthful or two of starch, the eater palls and stops. Nope, we’re not grain eaters. The way we do eat grains by mechanical gathering, refining, cooking, etc. Makes them palatable but more pathogenic.
ARE WE MEAT-EATERS?
Almost any argument can be effectively destroyed on the emotional level. When you invoke a picture of realism in the presentation of an argument. the truth should win out regardless of what side of an argument you’re on.
Truthinhealth/Hygienist’s have often been taunted with “I don’t want any of your rabbit food.” An emotional rejoinder that leaves them agag is “I’d prefer it to your buzzard food.”
Some folks will tell you humans are meat-eater and that they personally are meat-eaters. Od course they’re not true carnivores. You can create revulsion in them for meat eating by sim[ly telling them: “when you can take a live rabbit and crush its head indoor mouth, start chewing it up, and eat it, hair, skin, nones, brain, grilles, guts and all, then you can tell me you’re a meet-eater. Until you can do that with relish, get off your phony argument.” That will really floor them.
Another sure argument that will floor your CRITIC or intellectual protagonists is to ask some to the point but innocent questions. You may ask your meat-eating disputatious and argumentative friend if he or she secretes uricase. (The enzyme urate oxidase, uricase or factor-independent urate hydroxylase, absent in humans, catalyzes the oxidation of uric acid to 5-hydroxyisourate: Uric acid+ O2+ H2O → 5-hydroxyisourate+ H2O2 5-hydroxyisourate+ H2O2 → allantoin+ CO2)
of Course few will know what you’re talking about. “Uricase? what’s that?” they may ask. You counter, “You mean, you don’t know what uricase is and you’re telling me you’re a meat-eater? Uricase is an enzyme that is secreted in the intestinal tract of all carnivorous animals!
Humans do not secrete this enzyme. Thus, when humans eat meat they cannot break down toxic uric acid. When uric acid is absorbed it creates damage and destructions in the body. To neutralize uric acid the body must draw upon its reserves of valuable alkaline mineral, especially calcium. Because grain and meet eating humans have a predominantly acid-forming diet, the body must oftentimes get the necessary base minerals from its bones to neutralize the acid. The resulting calcium rates cause kidney stones, accumulations in the joints that result in arthritis and, in all events osteoporosis of both bones and teeth.
You can thoughtfully quote many arguments when you are “homed in” on the criteria for our natural diet of fresh fruits, vegetable and nuts (which are really fruits) and seed, all fresh raw and in they natural state.
For instance, you might ask your critic, attacker what ever you want to call him or her to picture a three year old child in a playpen. Into the pen we place a rabbit and an apple.
Will the child be hostile to the rabbit, kill and eat it and play with the apple? or will the child eat the apple, and befriend and play with the rabbit?
It is said there is no winning an argument. “convinced against his will a man remains of the same opinion still.” But if there are spectators or nonparticipants who observe out of interest, the arguments are telling. The eating meat in the future it will be difficult for him or her to eat it without conjuring up the picture of blood, decomposed animal flesh, bones, hair, etc.

Scientific Bases for Frugivour/Vegetarian
If you are looking for the Scientific Bases for frugivour Vegetarianism, I suggest, instead, that you look for the science bases of the human dietetic character.
As perhaps you know science is the systematic observation, study and organization of phenomena and knowledge to the end that it might be applied for human benefit.
So, that which does not work is not scientific and that which does is obviously scientific.
For instance, observation of animals in “nature” reveal them to be healthy, fit and sickness-free.
They have no science – they live by their instincts. Obviously living by instincts is scientific.
Do not humans have instincts? If so, would they not thrive by observing them to the extent possible within the context and circumstances of today’s modern life?
In all nature what do you find to be attractive to the eye, tantalizing to the sense of smell and a gustatory delight to consume just as delivered up by nature?
This consideration alone rejects all consideration of dietary categories except one. Aesthetically you’d appreciate only one type of food.
Obviously you can’t relish meats raw.
Obviously you can’t relish milk taken naturally.
Obviously you are not a weed eater. Nor a grass eater, nor a leaf eater.
Obviously you are not a graminivore.
Obviously you are not an insectivore.
Then what are you?
The only category of foods that attracts you in their raw, natural state is none other than fruits. And the nutritional science we teach is not in terms of the 5 or 4 which conventional nutrition teaches (really a division of the junk food marketplace, or the SAD, Standard American Diet), but the nutrients we need and where they can be aesthetically and effectively if not easily obtained.
These nutrients are glucose, amino acids, essential fatty acids, minerals and vitamins.
Practically every fruit you can name has everything you need in about the exact proportion that you body requires it, that is , aside from water and fiber which we also require from food, about 90% glucose, about 5% amino acids about 2% minerals, about 2% fatty acids and about 1% vitamins and miscellaneous food factors such as auxones and hormones.
The body digests all down to basic components, then absorbs and utilizes them.
The human natural food have a great advantage over other categories – they are symbiotic with our being – they are developed by nature to meet our needs ideally and they are even predigested!
If you want to read about food science I suggest that you read “Diet, Nutrition and Cancer” issued by the National Academy Press in 1982 and authored by members of the national Research Council. Chapter 13 tell you about the dire consequences of heating protein and fats.
Mutagens and carcinogens (really the same thing) are created which beget the multitude of diseases from which humans suffer.
I suggest that you look up milk researchers in the Index Medicus. Osteoporosis is rampant ONLY in milk drinking countries! Because milk’s calcium is bound up in its indigestible casein and because, when its broken down, its phosphorus and proteins bind more calcium than it has, milk is a negative calcium experience.
Calcium uptake is about 15% less in milk drinkers than in those who eat only fruits according to the researchers of Dr. Heaney of Creighton University, Omaha.
The Index Medicus is published annually by the Department of Health and Human Resources. It refers to articles and researches worldwide and constitutes as high as 25 volumes per annum.
The diet book I just referred to has over 100 researchers listed which document its position that cooked foods are mutagens and carcinogens.
There are virtues greater than being scientific – like thinking for yourself, understanding the world and being compassionate.
Science is not cold and detached – science really involves itself in human well-being – it involves itself in every facet of human welfare. Every nefarious scheme these days is done in the name of science.
I trust that, once you learn our true nature, that you’ll devote yourself to the propagation of what is true and good – what is really scientific.
The Scientific Case for a Frugivorous Diet: Understanding Our True Dietary Nature
If you’re seeking the scientific foundation for frugivorous vegetarianism, I urge you to broaden your focus. Instead of searching for science that justifies a specific dietary label, explore the scientific evidence that defines the human dietary character itself.
Science, at its core, is the systematic observation, study, and organization of knowledge to benefit humanity. By this definition, what works harmoniously with our biology is inherently scientific, while what disrupts it is not.
Consider this: animals in nature thrive in a state of health, fitness, and freedom from chronic disease. They do not rely on laboratories, nutritionists, or dietary trends. They follow their instincts—and those instincts lead to lives of vitality. By this measure, living by instinct is, in fact, a scientific approach to health.
But what about humans? We, too, possess instincts. If we tuned into those natural inclinations, could we not thrive as animals do? Even in the context of modern life, understanding and embracing our natural dietary instincts may unlock the path to greater health and vitality.
What Does Human Instinct Tell Us About Diet?
In all of nature, what foods do we instinctively find visually appealing, aromatic, and delicious in their raw, natural state? The answer is clear: fruits.
Let’s examine other categories of food:
-
Meat: Uncooked, it repels most humans.
-
Milk: Consuming it in its natural, unprocessed form directly from another species is neither instinctive nor appetizing.
-
Weeds, grasses, or leaves: These do not entice us as they do herbivores.
-
Grains: Raw and unprocessed grains are unappealing.
-
Insects: Most humans are not naturally drawn to eating bugs.
Fruits, however, are different. They are colorful, fragrant, and naturally sweet. They are biologically aligned with our physiology and provide nourishment in their unaltered state.
Fruits: Nature’s Perfect Food for Humans
Fruits are uniquely suited to meet human nutritional needs. Unlike other foods, they contain the exact balance of nutrients required by the body:
-
Glucose: About 90%, providing immediate, clean energy.
-
Amino Acids: Around 5%, for protein synthesis and repair.
-
Essential Fatty Acids: Approximately 2%, supporting cellular health.
-
Minerals: Roughly 2%, maintaining a host of bodily functions.
-
Vitamins: About 1%, ensuring overall vitality and resilience.
Additionally, fruits provide water, fiber, and other beneficial compounds such as enzymes, auxins, and natural hormones, which support digestion and cellular function.
Unlike heavily processed or cooked foods, fruits are symbiotic with human biology. They are naturally “pre-digested,” making them easy for the body to absorb and utilize.
The Risks of Cooked and Processed Foods
Science also warns us about the dangers of deviating from our natural diet. For example, the 1982 National Research Council publication “Diet, Nutrition, and Cancer” details the harmful effects of cooking proteins and fats. Heating these foods creates mutagens and carcinogens—substances that damage DNA and contribute to the development of disease.
Similarly, research reveals that milk consumption may be harmful rather than beneficial. Despite its reputation as a calcium-rich food, milk’s calcium is bound in indigestible casein, and its phosphorus content can actually deplete the body’s calcium stores. Studies, such as those conducted by Dr. Heaney at Creighton University, show that calcium absorption is lower in milk drinkers compared to those who consume fruit-based diets.
Science, Simplicity, and Human Well-Being
True science isn’t cold or detached—it’s deeply concerned with human well-being. It teaches us to observe, question, and think critically about the systems we follow. Too often, we are conditioned to accept conventional wisdom without reflection, leading to blind adherence to practices that harm rather than heal.
Our role is to challenge misconceptions and rediscover the simplicity of health. Health isn’t complicated; it is grounded in harmony with nature and alignment with our biological design. Fruits, as our natural food, exemplify this simplicity.
A Call to Action
The time has come to reject the lies and misinformation perpetuated by industries and institutions that profit from poor health. By embracing our true dietary nature and spreading this knowledge, we can promote what is both truthful and beneficial for humanity.
Health is not about trends, fads, or artificial solutions. It’s about returning to the fundamentals of who we are as biological beings. Let us teach, share, and inspire others to align with the truths of nature. In doing so, we reclaim not just our health, but our compassion, understanding, and connection to the natural world.
“Destiny is not a matter of chance. It is a matter of choice: it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.” ~ William Jennings Bryan
Navigating Protein Myths: A Natural Hygiene/health Perspective Unveiled

THE REVELATION OF HEALTH
If you lived as much as possible in accord with your biological mandate, you’d be vigorous from infanthood until a natural death at around 140 to 160 years of age. You’d never suffersickness or disease. Bounding health is nature’s norm for all her creatures.
You can confirm this by observing deer in nature. They live their full life span without a day of sickness. A deer only days before natural death is as active and athletic as the younger members of its herd. Health is as natural as birth. Death is as natural as life. Suffering does not normally attend creatures in nature in life or death.
For you this information reveals possibilities of health that are fully in accord with our biological mandate. With our thousands of innate guardian angels- control and defensive mechanisms that adjust to cope with every conceivable condition in nature, there is no reason why anyone cannot realize their full life potential of 140 to160 disease-free years.
When we assault our bodies with unnatural influences and substances-when we subject our bodies to abnormal conditions, then our bodies are stressed and distressed. The result is failure of the body to meet its normal eliminative tasks in face of the extraordinary impositions upon it. Accumulations of uneliminated endogenous wastes and toxic substances taken in from outside impair function and threaten life itself. When these conditions reach a critical point the body will institute an emergency purification and repair crisis. Energies normally available for digestion and activities are redirected to “housecleaning” chores and restoration of cells and tissues that have been damaged or destroyed by the toxic accumulation. These crises constitute our illnesses, diseases or ailments.
Disease results when the body is burdened with pathogenic substances. Disease results, not because of some supposed entities referred to as viruses nor are they caused by bacteria which are our symbiotic partners in nature, but because we have indulged or subjected ourselves to pathogenic influences and substances.
The idea of preventing diseases is thus wide of the mark, for diseases are not inevitable. In view that diseases will not occur unless caused, all we need do is discontinue the causes and adopt healthful practices.
Equipped with countless thousands of physiological faculties and mechanisms for maintaining perfect health, there is no reason why the human body should ever suffer a single day of sickness through a long euphoric life of about 150 years. Only when the body is overwhelmed by pathogenic influences and substances beyond its abundant abilities to cope does disease and impairment result.
One of the grand plans of self-preservation in nature is self-healing. All organisms are self- restorative if impaired. Under the condition of a body-initiated emergency-a healing crisis-a condition we label as sickness, malady, ailment or disease, the body will purge itself of accumulated toxic materials which are- the sole basic causes of sickness. Put upon a healthful regime sufferers of such affections as asthma, acne, arthritis, epilepsy, tumors, allergies, diabetes and a multitude of other ” incurable” conditions disappear in a few days to a few months. When the causes of disease are discontinued and the conditions of health established, the body will restore itself to normalcy to the extent irremedial organic damage has not been sustained.
No matter what your age, you can realize renewed health to the extent of potential which is quite great in most of us. As long as there is residual vitality left the body will restore itself. The marvelous power within chat developed our bodies and brains from a fertilized ovum is all the power needed to rebuild us. This great power remains resident as long as life is within. Nothing else can substitute for the powers of life.
As long as we have life there is the possibility for wonderful health and well-being. This is the great revelation! Health is normal and natural. When impairing influences and practices have caused ill- nesses and chronic suffering, the discontinuance of their causes and the concomitant establishment of the conditions of health will result in greatly improved health and even euphoric well-being.
The human body hasn’t changed perceptibly in untold thousands of years – its needs have not changed; neither has its anatomy, or physiology changed. It is today as it was eons ago. It will be the same tomorrow and will undergo little if any constructive change in the thousands years to come. You can’t improve upon perfection.
The human body is the most sophisticated organism in all creation and it is perfect as it is. It requires no progress. It behooves us all to leave this marvelous organism strictly alone. All it requires for perfect operation is its natural needs-nothing else.
